The online shop at shop.tradschool.com is run by Stephen Ducke, Maugarot, 05190 THEUS, under the name "Tradschool". Any order placed implies the acceptance of these conditions. The online shop at shop.tradschool.com includes the following information :
legal notice permitting the precise identification of Tradschool
presentation of products on sale
indication of product and delivery prices
indication of payment methodes
the existence of a right of withdrawal
the validity of price offers
All this information is presented in French and English.


Article 1 : Integrality
The present terms and conditions represent the integrality of each party's obligations. In this sense, the consumer is assumed to accept the integrality of these conditions. No other condition can be annexed to the present

The goal of this document is to set out the terms and consitions of a sale between Tradschool and the consumer.

Article 3 : Contractual documents
The contract is formed by the following documents : the present terms & conditions, the order form.; le bon de commande.

Article 4 : Validity & Duration
The validity of these terms and conditions is from the date of issue of the order, until the extinction of guarantees due by Tradschool.

Article 5 : Electronic signature
The "click" in the online order form constitutes an electronic sigiature on the part of the consumer.

Article 6 : Order confirmation
The order will be confirmed by email on reception

Article 7 : Proof of transaction
Digital data conserved by Tradschool will be considered as proof of transaction

Article 8 : Product information
8-a : Tradschool presents on the website shop.tradschool.com product descriptions and all necessary information.
8-b :The offers presented by Tradschool are valid only within the limits of available stocks

Article 9 : Price
The prices are indicated in euros and are those validated at the time of order.Payment must be carried out before goods are shipped.

Article 10 : Payment
The consumer disposes of the following payment methodes: Paypal, bank transfer, cheque (France only) Tradschool reserves the right to refuse shipment of unpaid orders

Article 11 : Availibility
For all articles in stock, shipping is carried out within 48h of order confirmation. For all other onjects, the delivery time is indicated in the product description on the site shop.tradschool.com. If the product ordered becomes unavailable, due notably to problems on the part of our suppliers, the consumer is advised of his right to cancel the order, and demand either a refund or exchange.

Article 12 : Shipping
Products are shipped to the address indicated on the order form. Shipping is carried out by La Poste, by Colissimo or International Parcel Shipping.

Article 13 : Delivery problems
All delivery problems, notably damage, must be indicated to the transporter at time of delivery, and to Tradschool as soon as possible

Article 14 : Delivery errors
14-a : The consumer must inform Tradschool within 7 days of any delivery error.
14-b : This information can be communicated on the website shop.tradschool, by clicking on the link "Contact".
14-c : Any reclamation past this date cannot be taken into account
14-d : At the reception of the reclamation, Tradschool will confirm exchange of the product by email or telephone

Article 15 : Guarantee
All products are guaranteed 1 year against defects in fabrication

Article 16 : Right of withdrawal
The consumer disposes of a right of withdrawal to return any unsuitable product within 7 days from reception. Tradschool must be prealably informed of returns.
Objects must be returned in their original unused condition. CDs and DVDs must be returned unopened.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without exception. Shipping charges on returns are to be assumed by the consumer. The consumer can demand either a refund (of the product value before shipping) or an exchange.
Tradschool will make every effort to refund the consumer within 15 days; however, due to the certain nature of some products, this delay may run to 30 days.

Article 17 : Cas de Force majeure
Neither of the two parties will be seen to have failed his contractual obligations, in the case of Force Majeure

Article 18 : Partial non-validation
Si a part of these clauses is non-validated by law, the rest is deemed to be valid

Article 19 : Non renunciation
The fact for one of the parties to fail in his obligations vis-à-vis a certain article, does not imply the renunciation of said article.

Article 20 : Title
In case of difficulty of interpretation of a certain clause, it will be deemed invalid.

Article 21 : Applicable Law
The present terms & conditions are subject to French law

Article 22 : Digital data
The information demanded of the consumer are necessary for the treatment of the order, and may be transmitted to third parties (namely, transport and shipping companies) in the treatment of thez order. The information will not be transmitted to any third party outside of the treatment of the order.
